What are your estimated dispatch times?

**Due to the holiday period, there may be some delays in dispatch and delivery times.

What Courier Company do you use?
All New Zealand orders are handled by Courier Post.
All International orders are handled by New Zealand Post.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery times within New Zealand are 1-3 working days after dispatch.
*Rural deliveries can take 2-4 working days
Estimated delivery times for International Shipping is 3-10 working days after dispatch.
**Please note international deliveries may experience some extra shipping delays due to COVID-19
***Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.

How do I track my Parcel?

How much will my postage or shipping cost?
Our shipping rates are displayed at the checkout. We are currently working on ways to further reduce the delivery costs for our Native Eye customers.

Australian Shipping doesn't appear as an option in my checkout?
Australian shipping is based on a maximum order of 4 kits per transaction. Any additional kits will need to be processed as another transaction.
