Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please notify us about the items you want to return via email info@NativeEye.co.nz before sending back the parcel. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase with it.
Please note that;
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Shipping costs are not refundable for returning the item or original shipping of item.
- All items must be returned in their original condition (unused and including original packaging)
Cancellations & Amendments
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed.
- Change of delivery address
- Change of item
- Adding and/or removing items from the order
- Applying discounts/gift cards
- Full Order Cancellations
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If an item is 'returned to sender', shipping costs will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refunded.
Tax & Import Duties
If you are charged any custom duties or sales taxes for your order, these taxes and duties are non-refundable through Native Eye. We suggest you contact your local customs bureau directly to ensure how these duties or taxes may affect you.
