Alissa May is a Wellington based freelance artist. She studied design and photography at Massey University, graduating in 2013.
Alissa is intrigued with anything and everything colour and design! She loves experimenting with different styles and mediums of art and exploring colour pallets, and believes that colour plays such an influential role in our lives, directly affecting our mood and interpretations of what we see.
Her project’s usually begin with a colour pallet in mind. They are hand drawn, often starting on paper before taking them on to her iPad and playing around until a final piece is produced.
Since graduating Alissa has travelled and lived overseas, worked in various areas of design and has sold her work online and at art markets.
Anna Mollekin is a full-time Auckland digital artist known for her beautiful and distinct bold use of lines, patterns and shapes to create dimension. "I am proud and passionate about our country New Zealand and I'm drawn to exploring themes of its flora and fauna."
Anna's journey as an artist has also been revitalised and influenced by trips abroad to India and her year sabbatical living in China in 2015. From the use of bright colours to patterns, the inspiration is evident in Anna's work.
Anna's instantly recognisable artwork is relaxing and enjoyable to paint and will add a pop of colour to your walls.
Originally from Buenos Aries, Argentina, Laura is now a permanent, New Zealand resident after living here for 8 years.
She likes working and experimenting with all sorts of media and letting herself be surprised by all the different possibilities the creative process may bring.
Laura loves creating characters out of objects and animals, while adding a bit of humor and emotion to every piece.
Taranaki based artist and mother of two tamariki, Shay has recently pursued her love of illustrating full time. With a diverse family heritage Shay has a special connection with Pacifica culture and traditions, which strongly features throughout her art.
